Agreement to Terms

By using the services of TrueWay Encinitas Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services we provide, including towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and related services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

TrueWay Encinitas Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. We make every effort to provide prompt, safe, and professional service. However, arrival times may vary based on traffic, weather, and other conditions beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and time of day. We will provide you with a clear estimate before starting work. If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to place a lien on your vehicle as permitted by California law.

Customer Responsibilities

When you request our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
• Being present or designating an authorized representative to release the vehicle
• Removing all personal items from your vehicle before towing
• Ensuring your vehicle is legally owned by you or you have permission to tow it
• Informing us of any modifications, damage, or special conditions that may affect towing

Liability and Disclaimers

TrueWay Encinitas Towing carries comprehensive liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or damage caused by inherent defects in your vehicle. We are not liable for personal items left in your vehicle. If your vehicle is damaged during our service due to our negligence, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the matter fairly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our costs. We will inform you of any applicable fees before processing the cancellation.

Dispute Resolution

If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
